Dh23.3 million bid won the single-digit vehicle plate number "2" during the second Most Noble Numbers charity auction at the Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi. The unique car number '2' underwent a furious bidding battle, with the proceeds intended to support the "One Billion Meals" program. The event was the second charity auction for unique car license plates and phone numbers. The first auction, which took place in Dubai on Saturday, netted Dh53 million. The auction in Abu Dhabi began with bids for cellphone numbers and the double-digit vehicle plate number 11 with code 2, which sold for Dh5 million. The charity auction has contributed a large sum to the food campaign initiated by the UAE. The "One Billion Meals" campaign organized by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) is the largest program in the UAE in terms of providing food assistance to the disadvantaged and malnourished.
