Aster DM Healthcare founder donates Dh1 million to 1 Billion Meals

DUBAI – Aster DM Healthcare founder Dr. Azad Moopen announced on Saturday (April 16) a donation of Dh1 million to the 1 Billion Meals initiative. The 1 Billion Meals initiative—the largest of its kind in the region—aims to provide food to underprivileged and undernourished people in 50 countries. “One of the greatest gifts we can give is to feed a hungry human being feeding the needy in 50 countries is a mammoth task but Dubai makes the impossible possible,” Dr. Moopen said. He praised the initiative launched by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
