The drama features a non-typical dystopian apocalyptic story set after the COVID-19 pandemic where another virus wreaks havoc on the world once more. The action-thriller plot revolves around the residents fighting for their lives while being locked down in an apartment building surrounded by the infected. Jung Yi Hyun and Yoon Sae Bom, both members of the police force, took charge of the protection and survival of the civilian residents.
