Registration opens for Sharjah Excellence Award
SHARJAH - The registration for the Sharjah Excellence Award 2019 is now open, the Board of Trustees of the award have announced.
Registrations will last until the end of September.
The award is open to all facilities and enterprises in seven categories: Sharjah Excellence Award, Sharjah Gulf Excellence Award, Sharjah Green Award, Sharjah Small and Medium Enterprise Award, Sharjah CSR Award, Sharjah Entrepreneurs Award and Sharjah Gulf Localisation Award.
Nada Al Hajri, General Coordinator of the Sharjah Excellence Award, said that the participation fee for the main award is Dh3,000. Registration in the other award categories, including Gulf ones, will be free of charge.
Al Hajri said that the Sharjah Small and Medium Enterprises Award is now split into two categories with two winners who would receive Dh25,000 each. Those two categories include the Micro Enterprises with five or fewer employees and the Small and Medium Enterprises with more than five staff members.
All Emiratis can take part in the "Sharjah Entrepreneurs Award" category,which is dedicated to the most successful businessmen in the UAE. In this category, two winners would be selected, and each of them would receive Dh50,000.
The Sharjah Excellence Award is held under the patronage of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of Sharjah Executive Council.
