Over the weekend, the hashtags #BoycottMcDonalds and #BoycottCocaCola were trending on Twitter. Despite the criticisms, the two companies have remained silent. Due to the invasion of Ukraine, pressure is mounting on giant Western food and drink companies. . Deborah Meaden, a Dragon's Den investor, called out Coca-Cola on social media and urged people to quit drinking their products. KFC, Pepsi, Starbucks, and Burger King, have also been criticized for their continued operation and sales in Russia. Most of these companies have remained silent on the matter.
