Dubai: Indian High School inaugurates new building, 44 additional classrooms

On Thursday (May 26), the Indian High School (IHS) on Oud Mehta Road in Dubai opened its new building to accommodate the increased number of students. Block A will have approximately 44 classrooms for boys in grades 7 and 8 with cutting-edge office space, engaging activity centers, and laboratories with adjustable learning and research space. Punit MK Vasu, the CEO of the school said: “The enhanced amenities and an upgraded learning environment will add to the learning experience for students.” In 2021, the Indian High School celebrated its diamond jubilee, having served the youth in the UAE for 60 years. Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, a former ruler of Dubai, donated the land on which the university now sits. BKM/ Expat Media
