Get free yoga classes in Dubai this August 28
DUBAI – A wellness centre in Dubai is giving free yoga classes from 8am until 6:30pm on Saturday (August 28).
Attendees can try signature classes such as Floating bliss with a sound bath, Inferno hot Pilates, Fit Flow, Warm flexibility flow, and more at the open house of INSPIRE.
There will also be draws for private sessions, giveaways, and a super sale on select items. The first 50 students will receive free healthy shots from VShakes.
John Iossifidis, co-founder of INSPIRE, said the free yoga classes are to mark the studio’s first anniversary.
While many studios and fitness centres closed their doors last year, INSPIRE opened its second studio in Dubai’s DIFC. The studio is located on level 1, Zone D of Gate Avenue in DIFC. Its first studio opened in Al Manara in 2014.
"To open a studio during a pandemic was a positive step forward, a way for the community to connect. Inspire is about community, and we believe that this community is essential to motivating and inspiring people now more than ever," Iossifidis said.
Meanwhile, INSPIRE’s “pay-what-you-can” yoga campaign is still ongoing every Friday, from 1pm to 2pm, and from 3pm to 4pm.
The class is open to anyone and no yoga experience is necessary. Attendees may contribute a minimum of Dh30, which will go towards sponsoring neuter programs for dogs and cats, according to INSPIRE. ICA/Expat Media
