  DUBAI – A Dh11 billion-revolving skyscraper will soon be among the high-rise buildings of the city and will be the first of its kind in the world. Called Dynamic Tower, Italian architect David Fisher talked about the revolutionary hotel tower in a video posted the educational channel Your Discovery Science. Fisher said the tower is the "first building designed by four dimensions" as it continues to change and would not look the same at one point or another. The revolving tower project was first revealed in 2008 but was put on hold. When completed, the 80-storey building will constantly change as each apartment will rotate independently at adjustable speeds, according to reports. Dynamic Architecture, designer of Dynamic Tower, said in its website: "hotel guests will be given the unique opportunity to shape the building and choose their view, thus redefining completely luxury in the hospitality sector. In doing so, they will also design the building and the skyline of the city." Dynamic Tower will be 420 meters in height and cover an area of 1.2 million square feet. It will have wind turbines placed horizontally between each floor and solar panels on the roof, making the building reliant on solar energy.
